You're all beautiful because you've practiced an act of kindess.

Because you laugh really silly. Because you've placed a smile on a stranger's face. Because you are passionate about life. Because your laugh is infectious. Because you're not afraid to love. Because you place yourself first. Because you are selfless. Because you accept your flaws. Because you don't accept your flaws and you're working hard towards your goals. Because your kind words make someone else's day. Because you're struggling for a better tomorrow. Because you treat people how you want to be treated. Because you don't put people down. Because you care. Because you listened. Because you were there for them. Because you're an inspiration. Because you are alive. Because you are you.

Never let someone tell you that you're not worth it. That you're their second option. Never let 'em put you down. Never beg to be in someone's life - they'll automatically want to be in yours and stay no matter how tough things get. Never let yourself be verbally, physically and mentally abused. Never surround yourself with negativity. Never let someone make you feel bad for the things you love. Never change and lose yourself for someone - they should love you for who you are. It's ok to mourn and grief but never ever let yourself be stuck in that phase for long. Say NO to toxic relationships.

I think sometimes, we fail to see our true self-worth when we're in a big city struggling to compete with others for better pay, better job advancement, better and more expensive possessions (housing, clothes, shoes, food etc); quantifiable, physical objects that we can see/touch. All I'm saying is, it doesn't hurt to be a little more grateful and appreciative of smaller things in life that truly matter. At the end of the day, genuine acts of kindness, love and affection are what prevail. And as Harry Styles always very nicely puts it "Treat people with kindness. It costs nothing to be kind."

Wendy
